Earlier today, BFAR XI joins the celebration of the 114th International Women’s Day in a parade alongside offices under local government units, national government agencies, and civil society groups in Davao City. The activity, organized by the City Government of Davao, served as a platform for various stakeholders to come together and amplify the voices of women, and advocate for gender equality.
This observance is celebrated worldwide every March 8 to recognize and honor the invaluable contributions of women for a more inclusive and equitable society. It is a call to action towards a future where women empowerment is at the forefront of progress.
