Last February 9, 2023, Provincial Fishery Office- Davao Del Norte assisted Technology Outreach Station-Nabunturan in monitoring to accredited satellite hatchery of Aqua Penon Tilapia Hatchery in Carmen, Davao del Norte and LGU Panabo Tilapia Hatchery,Manay, Panabo, Davao del Norte.
