Last October 21, 2022, the Provincial Fisheries Office of Davao Occidental conducted a monitoring on seaweeds nursery project at Barangay San Agustin, Santa Maria, Davao Occidental. This program can boost productivity and provide extra income to the fisherfolk. The seaweed nursery can also help ensure continual seedlings for those who want to try farming and production of dried and fresh supplies.
