Various stakeholders inked Project 747

DAVAO CITY—A Memorandum of Agreement on Ridge to Reef Conservation Program: Project 747 (Coral Reef Rehabilitation program) was signed yesterday at Seda Hotel.
Project 747 aims to contribute in conservation and protection biodiversity of forest in the areas where we operate through organizing the local communities for environmental stewardship and to develop a sustainable finance mechanism that will support forest based livelihood projects of forest dependent communities.
The MOA signing was made possible by the joint efforts of the Department of Environment Natural Resources, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, San Miguel Corporation Global Power, BCFA, and the Municipality of Malita.
