DAVAO CITY—Director Raul C. Millana officially took over as the 5th Regional Director of BFAR XI today. RD Millana will succeed RD Alfeo G. Piloton who will take over as the next Regional Director of BFAR XII.

 

In his speech, Director Piloton expressed his sincere gratitude to all BFAR XI employees for supporting him in his short stint and urged them to accord incoming Director Millana the same level of support.

 

Director Millana, meanwhile, thanked Director Piloton for his endorsement and all the efforts he has done. He also expressed his desire for a united BFAR XI and encouraged the employees to set aside differences to work as one in the interest of public service.

 

“Dili nako ni ma-fulfill og ma-achieve ning tanan kung wala mo,” Director Millana said in urging unity among all employees.

Director Millana served as Chief Aquaculturist prior to his appointment as Director II.
