The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources XI (BFAR XI) successfully organized a fun run for farmers and fisherfolk as part of the Farmers and Fisherfolk Month celebration, held at Azuela Cove High Street on May 23, 2025. โ๐๐ข๐จ๐ข๐ฏ ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐จ ๐ด๐ข ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฎ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ข๐ฏ: ๐๐ข๐จ-๐ถ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ข ๐ฐ๐จ ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐จ๐ข๐ต ๐๐ข๐ด๐ช๐ฅ๐ถ๐ฏ๐จ๐จ๐ข๐ฏโ
The event drew a participation of around 60 individuals, comprising both fisherfolk and BFAR XI employees, who came together to celebrate the vital contributions of farmers and fisherfolk to the country’s food security and economy. This aimed to promote camaraderie and teamwork among participants, while also fostering a sense of community and appreciation for the sector’s role in the country’s development.
